TIMING: A non-refundable deposit of $400/adult is due at time of registration.Full payment is due on or by February 20, 2007.Please be advised that Baby and Petite Club Services (care for children under 4 years) will be reserved based on availability and only upon confirmation of full payment to Execu-Care. We therefore encourage you to sign up promptly before spaces fill up. PRICING: You may have noticed that this program is VERY inexpensive. That's because we have a long and valued relationship with Club Med and have also received a grant to subsidize tuition to make this program affordable to students, parents and employees in non-profits, start-ups, small businesses and government organizations who normally cannot attend such professional development programs. In that spirit, we’ve priced this program by room and by participant type to again, save you money.So, here is the summary of how the prices break out by room when you fill your room in various configurations and then evenly divide up the costs between your adult roommates. Here are the details.
Each room requires a minimum of 1 Adult Leadership Program Participant or the equivalent fee.Each room can accommodate, at most, 2 adults and 2 children.(Children over 15 years old are considered Adult Non-Participants.) If you are registering alone and would like us to try to match you with a roommate, please register as Guest #1 (in a single room) and let us know you are interested in a share.We cannot guarantee one but if a roommate is arranged, we’ll arrange a refund to adjust your price accordingly.Here are your estimates for costs by rooming configuration.

PAYING: When registering and paying us below, you’ll see that Guest #1's cost is higher because it has the base adult single price included in it. Note that subsequent roommates’ additional fees are markedly lower so it really does break down to the per person rates we’ve showed you above.
